Veronique is determined to obtain the tapes that will reveal what happened in Octavia’s past, and what she was doing at Aandblom clinic. However, circumstances may hinder her.
Octavia hears from a grapevine that someone has been looking into her past. She will need to devise a plan in order to thwart these efforts.
Tjoppie is surprised by Debbie-Lee’s love life, and Joey and Nenna are trying to keep Debbie Lee housebound.

Debbie Lee’s lover attracts a lot attention and Annette is in pain.
Debbie-Lee’s secret romance is brought to light when her family realizes the identity of the man who is capturing her heart. Joey and Mercy are suspicious of the lover when he is invited to a large dinner at the Syster home.
Francois surprises Du Toit and Annette by announcing the new direction Du Toit will take in his career.
Annette awakens in terrible pain and expects the worst.

Annette’s plans for her future have changed completely and Veronique has a difficult day
Annette’s plans to have her baby and Annette fall apart when Shireen finds out she is pregnant. Questions about paternity change the lives of a few people for ever.
Octavia arrives at Aandblom clinic and gives her opinion about the institution’s newest patients, which the doctor takes seriously.
Veronique has a bad day. Phillip receives a warning after meeting Debbie-Lee’s lover.

Debbie-Lee gives in unknowingly to a red signal. Veronique’s plan takes an unexpected turn after she becomes bound by her circumstances.

Dr Pienaar will not let anyone mess with him.
Edmund and Shireen are unable to reach an agreement on what to do in the future.
Veronique realizes, for the very first time, that her future and survival are in her hands. Veronique realises that her future – and survival – are in the hands of someone else. Dr Pienaar will not allow anyone to mess him up.
Tjoppie tries to devise a plan which will direct Debbie-Lee’s attention towards her greatest passion and away from the things he believes should be just a footnote.
Joey must decide if he is going to trust his gut about Debbie-Lee’s new lover.

Tjoppie’s plans fail, and Edmund’s feelings hurt Shireen.
Edmund is furious when he learns that Annette Du Toit and Annette decided to disappear without informing anyone.
Shireen is the victim of Edmund’s complex emotions when he turns on her. Veronique is finally able to listen to the information she was so desperate to hear – without worrying about her safety.
Tjoppie’s plan for Debbie Lee doesn’t go exactly according to plan.

Veronique shows Octavia her trump card. Edmund is shocked by Shireen’s dramatic decision.
Shireen takes a dramatic decision when she’s had enough of Edmund’s emotional behavior. Her decision shocks Edmund.
Jason isn’t sure if he wants to tell his father who he plans on taking with him to the farewell for matric.
Veronique’s puzzle pieces start to fall into place and she shows Octavia the trump cards. She also tells her how much it will cost Octavia in order to make trump cards disappear.

Hermien, Octavia and CJ are at odds and Marco and CJ’s lives are in danger.
Hermien’s and Octavia’s relationship is clear, especially when Octavia tries making Hermien feel bad for not being with Annette recently.

Veronique’s solution to her problem creates more chaos, when CJ and Marco’s lives are threatened.
Mercy is filled with emotions after the matric farewell, and makes a decision on what she will do next.

Edmund is faced with a lot of problems when he learns that power outages can last for up to two full weeks. But it’s not just the cables.
Junior is having a difficult time with the start of a new chapter in his career – and not just because Octavia can’t stand being around him.
Jason’s future plans do not impress Mercy, and Phillip is concerned about Mercy’s dress after he gets inspired by feathers.

This is the night to say goodbye to your matricula, but some fights can ruin the mood.
Edmund realizes that Soebatskloof is in more trouble than he thought.

The matric farewell will take place soon, and the whole community of Soebatskloof looks forward to the big celebration.
Veronique finds out something about Elroy and confronts him. But, they’re not alone in their confrontation.

Veronique does all she can to make sure that CJ has a brighter future.
Partygoers in Soebatskloof are blissfully unaware that a dark cloud is forming above the town. They only become aware of it when they hear sirens.
Veronique takes CJ’s life in her hands, just like any mother would. She needs to know if anyone has said anything that might contradict the plan she had for CJ.
Spook arrests a guilty party while the rest of Soebatskloof gathers at the hospital to learn the latest developments.

Du Toit’s actions receive mixed reactions in a dramatic night on the farm.
CJ struggles to reconcile his actions with his conscience and has nightmares.
Jason believes that something is wrong with CJ. Hermien, Octavia and Junior are trying to point out who is there for Junior. Junior needs his attention refocused in therapy.
Everyone is hoping for the best. There are both good and bad things to report from the hospital. Elroy is not loyal to Veronique and Veronique must dig deep for words of encouragement to inspire CJ.

Edmund and Anton meet after Edmund receives news from the hospital.
Every resident of Soebatskloof is affected by the news coming from the hospital. Hermien discovers Junior on the ground and Joey rescues him. Later, Tjoppie learns the truth.
Edmund meets Anton eventually, and is relieved when it appears that Senior and Anton knew each other.
CJ panics when Mercy’s mobile starts to ring.

CJ’s guilt feelings upset Veronique, and Tjoppie. Edmund becomes stressed out when he cannot reach Anton.
Debbie-Lee must defend Elroy’s bizarre behavior. Veronique’s and Anton’s relationship is ruined by his advice about how to handle Edmund.

The memorial service is held on a day that’s heavy in Soebatskloof.
CJ is refusing to leave the memorial service when it’s time to say goodbye.
Junior has started to depend on Hermien a lot for support. Hermien and Shireen discuss Junior. They both agree that Junior has certain needs.
Elroy’s beautiful story about why he won’t be attending the memorial service is a perfect complement to Jason’s heartfelt words.

Veronique tries to change her behavior in order to get an answer – but Annette is tired.
After CJ’s comments, the focus is firmly on Tjoppie. Tjoppie is visibly angry and confronts Veronique.
Debbie-Lee becomes very worried about Tjoppie, when he begins to cry in her arms just before he departs for the police station.
Tjoppie is eager to talk to Bismarck and CJ wishes to bid farewell to his life in Soebatskloof.
