Zinzile Zungu (born 14 January 1983) is a South African actress, voice actor, and host best known for her continuity work on SABC3. She became a face of the channel on July 30, 2007, when SABC3 relaunched its brand with a new look. She is also known for playing the title role, Nomzamo, in the SABC1 comedy show of the same name. She played the role for the first season, but Ayanda Ngubane took over after that.

She moved to Johannesburg to go to the South African School of Motion Picture and Live Performance. Zungu has a Bachelor of Arts in both PR Management and Dramatic Arts from the African Film and Drama Academy.

Her first role on television was in the movie Tramlines, and before she won her first major role in the sitcom Nomzamo, she had her first role in the movie Tramlines. She also had a role in the South African soap opera Isidingo, which aired on SABC3.
After that, Zungu was selected to represent SABC3’s new brand image, making him the channel’s official mascot. During that time, she served as the emcee for a variety of events and competitions, including South African Fashion Week, the premiere of the drama series The Lab on SABC3, the J&B Met, and the Durban July best dressed competition for two consecutive years. In addition to that, she served as the ambassador for SABC3’s Phenomenal Woman tour and campaign.
Zungu also runs the artist management company Star Quality, which he founded himself.
Zinzile joined the cast of the e.tv serial opera Scandal! in the year 2010, playing the part of Thokozile, a young woman from the countryside who moves to the big city in the hopes of bettering her life.
In addition to being able to sing in the alto range, she is also proficient in both English and Zulu.
